2. Form a committee to peer review the material in the collection
   Systematically review current Hoyt collection
   Focus on metadata - proper descriptions, misspellings, additional information
   Prepare to do the same for the Wray collection
   Establish expectations for future submissions
   
   
3. Have committee members provide feedback on Web design in general

4. Form a committee to work on a structured language for neuro-ophthalmology.
   See NOVEL thesaurus draft
   Begin reviewing outine/vocabulary at the NANOS meeting in March in Orlando
   Goal is to create outline of terms covering Neuro-Ophthalmology
   Outline will be used to assign consistent, standardized subjects to NOVEL materials
