The chest radiograph reveals multiple nodules consistent with metastases. Microscopically, there are lipoblasts seen in this liposarcoma. The primary site was the region of the thigh. A sarcoma is most likely to metastasize hematogenously, and the lung is one of the more common sites for such metastases.
