There is a well-demarcated lesion involving the tibial diaphysis. Microscopically, the lesion has a spindle cell stroma with scattered epithelial islands with peripheral columnar cells. These appearances are consistent with adamantinoma of long bone. Most of these rare cases appear in the tibial diaphysis of teenagers or young adults and form a well-circumscribed mass that expands the affected bone.
