| The small smooth filling defects seen with this loopogram performed under fluoroscopy represent an entitiy called ureteritis cystica. These lesions appear below as small bumps beneath the ureteral mucosa. The lesions represent cystic areas of glandular metaplasia resulting from inflammation.
