2013 Free Lecture Series: What kind of medical care would you want?

collaborators

What kind of medical care would you want if you were too ill or hurt to express your wishes?

Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to spell out your
decisions about care ahead of time. Paula Larsen, Palliative Care Social
Worker for University Hospital and Clinics, will provide an overview of the
forms, and explain why all adults should complete them. Attendees will receive
instructions on filling out the Utah Advance Care Directive during the lecture.

FREE! All are welcome to attend!
Light refreshments will be served.

Thursday, July 18th
Noon–1 p.m.
Hope Fox Eccles Health Library
Located just off the Main Lobby in
