Classroom A in the School of Medicine

You know that cholesterol is an important part of your overall health – but do you know what your numbers really mean?

Join us for a free lecture by Hailey Nielson, a certified Health Education Specialist in Preventive Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation at University Hospital.

We’ll learn about good vs. bad cholesterol, treatment and prevention of high cholesterol, and healthy recipes to keep your cholesterol in check.

Everyone is welcome, and refreshments will be served. This lecture is a qualifying WellnessNOW activity.

Co-sponsored by the Hope Fox Eccles Health Library and the Hospitals and Clinics Work Wellness Center.
