Does your research consider sex and gender differences?

Last call for abstract submissions! Due Friday, July 11, 2014.

Have you discovered different health outcomes for men and women?

If so, the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library and the Center of Excellent in Women’s Health invites you to submit an abstract for InfoFair 2014: Women’s Health, Sex and Gender Research Conference.

Abstracts relating to any of the Seven Domains of Health can be submitted (see image below). All abstracts will be considered for both the panel discussion and poster session.

For examples of research fitting the theme of InfoFair 2014, please visit the Specialized Centers of Research (SCOR) on Sex Differences website.

Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, should be Times New Roman 12 point font, and include the following:

  • Objective
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions

Please include a separate page with your full name, affiliation, faculty sponsor (for students), email address and phone number.

About InfoFair 2014
InfoFair 2014 is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3 at the Eccles Institute of Human Genetics Auditorium at the University of Utah. Carolyn Clancy, M.D., Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Quality, Safety and Value, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is the keynote speakers.
