• CDC WONDER - provides access to a wide variety of CDC reports, guidelines, and public health data. 

• Population Index - search the database for 1986-2000 by author, subject, geographical region and/or year. 

• MMWR: Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report - index of MMWR publications from 1993 through the present prepared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

• UK Clearing House on Health Outcomes Databases - provides details for methods of assessing changes in health status as the result of receiving a health or social care intervention.

• U.S. Census Bureau - latest economic trends, quick state and county facts, housing surveys, population estimates, and a "coast to coast" digital map database.

• U. S. National Center for Health Statistics - primary Federal organization responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of health statistics.

• Office of Vital Records and Statistics - from the Utah Department of Health.
