Gene Hall is a Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Colorado. Previously he has been a professor at the University of Florida and the University of Texas at Austin. His research centers on the change process in organizations. A major part of his studies has addressed the implementation of educational innovations in schools, higher education, and medical education. All of his change process research and conceptual contributions have been related to the Concerns Based Adoption Model, which has been developed and tested by Hall and his colleagues.
