Wayne The program coordinator is responsible for contacting the speakers (6-7 months before InfoFair), explaining the purpose of InfoFair and our expectations for the focus of the presentations, assisting speakers with arrangements for their trips, obtaining current CVs, pictures, the titles and abstracts of the presentations, and arranging for a moderator for the Meet The Experts session.
