Joan Stoddart Presenting Workshop
The workshop coordinator is responsible for contacting
potential workshop presenters (5-6 months before InfoFair), scheduling
the workshops in the most appropriate classrooms, obtaining current CVs,
workshop titles and brief workshop descriptions from the presenters, arranging
for appropriate hardware for each workshop, and coordinating a team of
facilitators to assist workshop presenters in troubleshooting any problems
which might arise on InfoFair day.
