Exhibitors List
Potential exhibitors are contacted initially four to five
months before InfoFair. Registration forms and fees must be returned
no later than one and a half months before InfoFair to allow for ordering
of tables, phone lines, and reservation of special equipment.
The exhibits coordinator enlists the assistance of
at least two other coordinators: A database vendors coordinator and an
arrangements coordinator.
