The library publicizes InfoFair via the IAIMS Newletter, published monthly by the Eccles Library, as well as via posters, flyers, brochures, electronic mail, electronic bulletin boards, and via presentations and announcements at meetings on and off campus.

The assistance of the Continuing Medical Education and Public Relations departments has expanded our publicity capabilities while making the job of publicizing InfoFair much more manageable.  Their publication deadlines also provide the structure needed to insure that all InfoFair-related responsibilities are accomplished on schedule and sufficiently in advance to allow for the inevitable snags which develop in organizing and presenting such an event.
