Request a Tablet PC

The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library has Tablet PCs available for faculty use in curriculum-related courses. These tablets are available for checkout two-weeks before the class is scheduled to start and should be returned when you are finished teaching the course.

To reserve a Tablet PC for your curriculum-related courses please fill in the following Request a Tablet PC reservation form and click the Submit Request button.

You will receive an email from Library staff verifying your Tablet PC reservation. This email will serve as your confirmation of the reservation. A copy of this email will need to be presented at the library's Public Service desk when you pick up the tablet.

If you are interested in learning more about the Tablet PC the library is offering a 1-hour introductory course that covers the basics of using the device for teaching. Class dates and times are listed on the Library Classes Web page. Click on the date you want to attend, fill in the form and submit.
