This website requires a Java Enabled browser. Below are instructions for enabling Java in your browser. You might have to to restart your browser if it does not work.

Internet Explorer 6.X

  1. In the main menu, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options..."
  2. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  3. Make sure all three boxes under Microsoft VM are checked.
  4. Click "Apply" (if you changed the state of any of the boxes)"
  5. Click on the "Security" tab
  6. Click "Custom Level..." button
  7. Select a setting other than "Disable Java" under "Java." "High safety" is recommended.
  8. Restart your computer.

Netscape Navigator 4.X, 6.X, 7.X and Mozilla 1.X

  1. In the main menu, click on "Edit" then "Preferences..."
  2. Go to "Advanced" panel.
  3. Select "Enable Java".

Netscape Navigator 3.X

  1. In the main menu, click on "Options" then "Network Preferences..."
  2. Go to "Languages" tab.
  3. Select "Enable Java".

Mozilla Firebird 0.6.X

  1. In the main menu, click on "Tools" then "Options"
  2. click on the "Web Features" tab.
  3. Select "Enable Java".

Opera 7.X

  1. In the main menu, click on "File"
  2. Go to "Quick Preferences".
  3. Select "Enable Java".
