Mycosis fungoids

John L. Bezzant, M.D.

Mycosis fungoids is a T-cell lymphoma that occurs generally in people in their 50's or 60's and older. The gnomonic to remember here is Rex Lee who is President of BYU. He was diagnosed with this disease while he was Solicitor General of the United States, and died not long ago from this disease. From the time of diagnosis until death, the average life expectancy is 8.3 years.
