Welcome to HyperBrain!

HyperBrain originated in 1988 as an interactive HyperCard tool to teach human neuroanatomy. It is designed as a lab assistant or as a lab substitute where human specimens, slides and models are not available.  It continues to evolve with changes in operating systems and the Internet. Many images were captured from video before the era of mass storage and high-speed performance. A multitude of links to the glossary from the text and figures provides interactivity together with quizzes for each chapter.
