Abby L. Adamczyk, Research Librarian

Abby L. Adamczyk joined the faculty at the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library on February 1, 2011 as Research Librarian. In this role, Abby is assessing and actively supporting the research faculty and staff in identifying and using resources, as well as providing library services to meet their specific needs.

Abby grew up in eastern Pennsylvania, receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Master Degree in Library and Information Science in August 2010. Over the last four years, Abby was employed as a Research Technologist at Johns Hopkins University, studying possible genetic causes for mental retardation and autism.
