DVD-ROM.

movies over ISDN, Cable Modem or DSL is slower, but there is
no loss of quality since the QuickTime movies are progressively
downloaded.
- The user
must have at least QuickTime 5.0.2 and its browser plug-in
to view the movies online.
- Movies downloaded from the site in High Quality QuickTime H.264 require the latest version of QuickTime for play back.
