Using the 7 Day Food Intake Record, and referring to the Food Equivalent Chart, enter the TOTAL ounces or servings for each day for each food, as indicated in the list below. If a food is not eaten on a particular day, leave the square blank. Skip a row where the listed food was not eaten at all during that week. Click the calculate buttons after each 7 day row is entered.

When you have finished entering all of the foods eaten, click on the TOTAL button at the bottom of the list to calculate the Total Daily Average of Protein and KCalories for the week.
