Select Add a Contact
Choose default answers on the wizard

Finish the wizard
Select reference@lib.med.utah.edu to send a message

Open Gmail Account
Use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (other browsers are not supported for chat)
On the left, go to Add Contact
Enter eccleslibrary@gmail.com
Double click on Eccles Library to send a message |
