InfoFair 2005 - Building Partnerships; Bridging Disciplines
Enhancing interdisciplinary teamwork among the health disciplines is vital to
the quality and efficiency of health care delivery. Health care providers
increasingly rely on collaborative approaches in the delivery of health care
- no matter their location, rural, underserved or urban areas. With the
completion of the University of Utah’s Health Sciences Education Building
(HSEB) this summer, opportunities abound for building interdisciplinary
teamwork skills among students and professionals within the academic
disciplines of medicine, nursing, pharmacy and health. Tour the Infofair 2005
Web Gallery to find links to reports, articles and websites relevant to the
interdisciplinary patient care team in health sciences education and practice.
