WHAT is Open Access Publishing?
    • An Open Access Journal meets the following two conditions:
    • Authors and copyright holders grant open access, use, distribution and transmission rights as long as proper attribution of authorship is given
    • Articles are immediately deposited in an open, unrestricted electronic repository for access and archival purposes
