Outreach Team Services: Off-Campus Training and Class Guidelines

The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library Department of Outreach Services is proud to offer health related classes and trainings to Utah communities. In most cases, the training and classes are provided at no charge to those requesting them.
When possible, classes are to be co-sponsored by a public library, local health department, Utah Department of Health, or other Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library partners.
All classes are to be open to the public to remain free. Classes that are not open to the public are subject to fees.
Facilities where classes are to be taught must have access to a high-speed Internet connection (256k or higher) and the network must support Internet conferencing technologies (e.g. Video, audio, etc.). To find out if you network supports Internet conferencing technologies, contact your systems administrator.
Entities requesting Library classes are responsible for providing class handouts for attendees. Electronic copies of the class handouts will be provide to the local event coordinator prior to class date.
