To add foriegn language PDFs AND correct bad PDF records:
   1 Open NOVEL Patient Portal Web site (http://library.med.utah.edu/NOVEL/diseases/patient-portal) 
      1 Click on the link to the brochures
      1 Open each record, copy the identifier, cick on the save icon in the pdf window, paste identifier into filename, save to NANOS PDFs folder
   1 Open Project Client 
      1 Open Novel Patient Portal project
      1 Click "Find in Collection" Tab at top
      1 Use tiny search box in upper left corner
      1 Find English language version in the collection
      1 Check the box next to one of the existing BROKEN brochures and click on "Add To Project (edit)" in the bar above the list of items or on left panel
      1 Click on the Novel Patient Portal Tab - item will be there (ignore persistent error messages)
      1 Click "Add Item" button on the left - Add the two english (small and large) versions and all languages availabl - wait while they load, then click Close inthe dialog box
      1 Copy the title info into the identifier field
      1 Fill down all fields
      1 Change Title - Upper case and parentheses (Language) or - Large Print
      1 Change Language field to reflect language
      1 Check box for bad record, click Delete on left pane, answer Yes in dialog box that appears
      1 Check the box for the new items (replacements and languages)
      1 Click the "Upload for Approval" button on left
      1 Restart Project Client as needed to get rid of error messages that build up
   1 WHEN ALL ARE DONE, OR END OF SESSION
   1 Go into CDM Admin Web 
      1 Approve all - wait for completion
      1 Index the NOVEL collection- wait for completion
      1 Search each title and delete BAD records (those not displaying icons)
