  1. Login to CDM Web Admin and go to the correct collection
  2. Go to Collections Tab
  3. Select Field Properties
  4. Find Subject field in listing
  5. Click Edit on right side of table
  6. Click the "Administer Controlled Vocabulary" link
  7. Enter term in Add term box (or Delete term box)
  8. Click Add (or Delete)
  9. Resume work
