   1 Login to CDM Web Admin and go to the correct collection
   1 Go to Collections Tab
   1 Select Field Properties
   1 Find Subject field in listing
   1 Click Edit on right side of table
   1 Click the "Administer Controlled Vocabulary" link
   1 Enter term in Add term box (or Delete term box)
   1 Click Add (or Delete)
   1 Resume work
