New workshop: Word 2008 for Mac

Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac is a word-processing application that can be used to create complex, graphics-rich documents easily and quickly. In this workshop, some of the most-frequently used basic features of Word such as editing and formatting text, using templates, working with pictures and other graphic elements, formatting pages and documents will be covered. Time will be left at the end for questions and answers to help you with challenges you are facing in creating your documents. Because HSEB does not have a Mac computer lab, participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops.

  • When: Friday, March 26th, 2010
  • Time: 12:30 – 1:30 pm.
  • Where: HSEB 2968
  • Cost: FREE, but registration is required.
