- Fridays, 8:05am, on the Garden Level *begins on February 3
Drop by for one event or attend all of the free yoga events! This is a great opportunity to stretch and relax during the workday.

Students from Yoga Assets will lead us through yoga poses on Wednesdays and Fridays starting in February. Yoga Assets provides yoga teacher training in Salt Lake City. These events will enable a Yoga Assets student to fulfill their required volunteer hours for their yoga teacher certification.
On Mondays, former Yoga Assets student, Dana, will lead us through our yoga practice.
Thursday sessions were cancelled because our yoga teacher found a paid position! Instead, the Wellness Student Interest Group and Medical Student Wellness Program offers “Mind-Body-Balance Yoga with Becca” on Thursdays, 12-1pm, in HSEB 2938. This costs $5 for the whole spring semester, and is open to any University of Utah affiliate.
