Writing is one way to cope with all that is happening in our world, in our country, and in our lives today. Reading to a sympathetic audience is another.
In celebration of February as Black History Month and as the month when our thoughts turn to ❤️ LOVE ❤️, writers are invited, but not required, to draw our attention to these two themes. U of U healthcare professionals, students, faculty, patients, and family members are invited to read a piece of original writing. All forms of spoken art are welcome, five minutes or less in length (~ 750 words).
To join, just click on the Zoom link (https://utah.zoom.us/j/96471592576) or use the call-in number (+1 253 215 8782) and meeting ID (964 7159 2576) provided, and show up! Using the “Chat” function, you may sign in to read. You also are welcome as our listening audience.
Join us for friendly company and the positive energy that comes from sharing experiences during these uncertain times.
