For many of us, our educational scholarship has suffered. In response, JAHSE announces a special issue:<\/p>\n<p><strong>JAHSE\u2019s Editorial Board invites invite you to dust off any work of educational scholarship you\u2019ve set aside that has not yet been accepted for publication elsewhere and submit it to JASHE\u2019s special issue.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>While products of educational scholarship can be submitted to JAHSE at anytime, to be considered for inclusion in the special issue, authors must submit their product(s) by <strong>September 1, 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Peer reviewers will have 4 weeks to review their assigned product(s) and provide feedback to authors by <strong>October 1, 2021<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Authors will have 4 weeks to respond to reviewer\u2019s feedback and resubmit their revised product by <strong>November 1, 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Accepted\u00a0 products will be published in JAHSE within 6 weeks by <strong>Dec 15, 2021.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"About_JAHSE\"><\/span>About JAHSE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-10958 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack-300x126.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"126\" srcset=\"https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack-300x126.png 300w, https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack-400x168.png 400w, https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack-320x134.png 320w, https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack-456x192.png 456w, https:\/\/library.med.utah.edu\/blog\/eccles\/files\/2020\/06\/jahse-uofu-logo-stack.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>JAHSE is an online, open access platform, managed by the Eccles Health Sciences Library in which products related to education scholarship can be \u201cpre-printed\u201d free of charge. Peer-coaching by AHSE Fellows is available to all potential authors to help you refine your work in a supportive environment. All pre-printed content will be searchable and freely available to all via the web. Once pre-printed in the Journal\u2014after internal peer review&#8211;authors can choose to continue to improve their dissemination and submit it for publication in a traditional, eternal peer-reviewed journal. Once accepted, the pre-print will be replaced with a hyperlink to the published work in the traditional journal.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the JAHSE is to promote faculty skills needed for effective dissemination of educational scholarship.
