Eccles Health Sciences Library (EHSL) will continue as the Regional Medical Library (RML) for the MidContinental Region and that we will continue to coordinate national training under the new title of NN\/LM Training Office (NTO) beginning May 1, 2016. It is policy that the state\u2019s congressional delegation be given the opportunity to announce federal funding before the funding agency makes the announcement. Utah\u2019s delegation was notified on March 31, 2016 and a representative from Senator Hatch\u2019s office sent Jean Shipman, Director of EHSL, a congratulatory email.<\/p>\n

The staff for the NN\/LM MidContinental Region and the NN\/LM Training Office are ready to begin the implementation of the great ideas that they submitted to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) in their proposals.<\/p>\n
