<\/strong>When following a journal, you are notified as soon as new content is added; your journal preferences can be edited at any time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow Keywords &#8211; <\/strong>Add simple terms or build sophisticated queries. You are notified when new articles containing the search terms become available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow Article Collections &#8211; <\/strong>For each collection, you can view authors, number of papers, and how many followers each collection has. Collections are curated selections of articles created by members of the QxMD community and cover topics such as \u201cSurgical Knowledge\u201d and \u201cMedical Guidelines\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discover Featured Papers \u2013 <\/strong>These are suggested by QxMD, based on your interests and what other <em>Read<\/em> users with similar interests have been accessing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access full-text articles \u2013 <\/strong><em>Read<\/em> presents article abstracts for quick perusal. With one tap, you can get full-text access to articles that are available via UU library subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Download, Save, Annotate, and Share Articles \u2013 <\/strong>Underline, highlight, add notes to full-text articles. Find and select <strong>University of Utah<\/strong> from the list of available institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Select your login preferences \u2013 most users will want to select <strong>Automatic Login Using uNID<\/strong>. Then, enter your university ID and password in the accompanying form.\u00a0 This enables <em>Read<\/em> to retrieve full-text articles based on the university\u2019s subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p><em>That\u2019s it!
