Tinea cruris and irritant dermatitis-KH

This patient has two skin eruptions: 1) Tinea cruris that is in the inguinal folds and near the edge of the scrotum, and 2) An irritant dermatitis on the more distal portion of his thighs. The fungal infection can be treated with a topical antifungal agent, and the irritant dermatitis (intertrigo) can be treated with 1% hydrocortisone cream applied twice daily.
