Many antifungals are now available for treating nail-plate infection. To clear all nails, the standard dosing regimens are:
1) Sporanox, 200 mg (two capsules) daily for three months.
2) Lamisil, 250 mg (one tablet) daily for three months.
3) Diflucan, 200 mg (one tablet) each week for six months.
