Warts on the face are often flat, measure 1 to 5 mm in diameter, and sometimes are slightly darker than normal skin. Treatments include:
1) freezing the warts for about 5 seconds.
2) applying Retin-A 0.1% cream twice daily until they resolved.
3) applying Efudex 5% cream twice daily until they resolve.
