Painful treatments are shown here. The best painful treatments I have found are: 1) electrodesiccation and curettage. 2) freezing of the wart followed immediately by injection of bleomycin (0.5 units/cc) directly into the wart. Care must be taken to ensure that bleomycin is injected directly into the wart (epidermis), and not into the dermis or the underlying fat; bleomycin causes significant necrosis of any tissue into which it is injected.
