The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library Digital Publishing and related features of this site, collectively, “EHSL Digital Publishing” or the “Service”. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please exit the Service. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add or delete portions of these terms at any time by posting updated terms of use on the EHSL Digital Publishing site. Introduction
The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library (EHSL) Digital Publishing service supports the activities of the University of Utah’s faculty, researchers, students, and library staff by publishing, organizing, displaying, preserving, securing, and providing access to digital resources. The EHSL Digital Publishing site provides access to information, including: scholarly output, curriculum support materials, digital collections, historical records, and other digital objects that assist our community in scholarly endeavors. EHSL Digital Publishing offers a wide array of publishing, archiving and media creation services to support these goals.
The EHSL Digital Publishing objects are created, organized and disseminated here to support teaching and learning. Material types may include video, audio, images, photographs and documents. A list of the unique collections hosted on our Digital Publications site can be found at: https://library.med.utah.edu/publishing/ The objects are best viewed using a current web browser.

All materials in the EHSL Digital Publishing collections and archives are covered by copyright. While ownership will vary by specific platform, publication or collection, permission should be requested and credit given to the original creator or source when using these materials for any reason. In general, the terms of use are:
The digital objects are publicly available and searchable for educational and research uses. EHSL does not authorize use or reproduction for commercial purposes without permission from the copyright holder. Permissions to publish materials must be directed to the individual or institution owning the rights to the materials where applicable.
