Joan Stoddart served as the Deputy Director for the Spencer S. Eccles Health Library. She worked at the library beginning in 1978 as Reference Librarian, Clinical Medical Librarian, and Assistant Director for Public Services. Since 1995 Joan held the position of  Deputy Director until her retirement in 2014. Joan is originally from the Midwest where she attended the University of Wisconsin and Rosary College Graduate School for Library Science.
