The Slice of Life Student Medical Software Award
Application Form

The purpose of the Student Medical Software Award is to recognize how much many of us are assisted and coached by students and their projects. The original award was for software using the Slice of Life Videodisc!
It was then expanded to any program including CD-ROM's.  Now, it has been expanded to include standalone, CD, or Web, Handheld or DVD programs.

Students can be from any country and the program can be in any language. They will need you to encourage them to apply and write a letter. They do not have to be at at the CHES/SOL meeting the end of June to participate. The program will be demonstrated at the meeting.

Please, encourage your students to submit their completed or almost completed projects. Remember it is $1000 for them and a good feeling for you.

Please share this with students and other faculty you know.
