"mobiTED" was originally developed for training diabetic patients. In addition, we now use the “mobiTED” system for measuring opinion changes of students, evaluations, and medical case reports. It is able to fill the “decision gap” in our medical training. Another application is the support of team development trainings, not only for evaluations, but also as an effective tool for achieving our goals for group dynamics.

We managed to create an easy, user friendly software interface to enable use by computer novices. Following a brief description of the system and its requirements, the mobiTED hand-held feedback technology and its sophisticated software that interfaces with PowerPoint will be used by the audience.

Useful for evaluating lectures, meetings, and conferences "mobiTED" will be used by conferees in this final session to evaluate the Toronto Slice of Life meeting. Each conferee will enter their answers to questions about the conference sessions and logistics presented on PowerPoint "slides".

BENEFIT TO PARTICIPANTS ATTENDING SESSION:  

This will afford a fast, painless, and efficient way to evaluate the SOL meeting while at the same time, demonstrating to conferees, the versatility of the mobiTED technology.
