over the Web. Increasingly, designers
of educational media-based tools are required to apply their skills to
developing in Flash
This full day
hands-on workshop is for those who are familiar with Flash MX and would like to
take their understanding of its animation and interactivity to a more advanced
level. We will focus on the
object-oriented capabilities of Flash MX including using ActionScript to
dynamically create, draw, and animate movie clips. We'll also look at referencing object events from the timeline,
working with variables, components, and ActionScript best practices.
BENEFIT TO PARTICIPANTS ATTENDING SESSION:
Participants in this
Pre-Workshop will benefit from hands-on instruction of concepts that they may
apply to realistic project parameters.
This workshop may be of particular interest to media designers
