Please consider this an official letter of invitation to the Slice of Life Workshop to be held at the
Academic Medical Center at the University of Amsterdam and the Leiden University Medical Center,
June 28-July3, 2004. We are pleased to have the workshop in the Netherlands this year and the program
promises to be very diverse. The program can be viewed on the Internet at http://www.slice.gsm.com.
This is the 16^th annual conference, and we hope you will find the people you meet, projects you see and
ideas you share rewarding and stimulating.
