Save on airfare and stay over Saturday night. Explore the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. Lunch will be provided on the bus. We will return late to the hotel so avoid early Sunday morning flights. Sign up early to help us plan. We will drive up American Fork Canyon to the base of the trail to Monument. You can chose to hike one mile and 1,000 feet to the cave entrance and meet a ranger who will take you on a 45 min tour through the 42 degree cave (bring warm jacket). Entrance fee in included. For the less hearty, the bus will continue on to Sundance resort where there are other options including just sitting in the sun. You are entitled to ride Ray's ski Lift part way up towering Mount Timpanogos and then hike to Stewart Falls, Arrowhead Summit or just enjoy the scenery and ride the lift back down. Two other options are mountain biking or horseback riding (both at your expense). These require advising us two days ahead in order to reserve. Bike rental is $32 with helmet. Horse minimum rental is $35.

Drinks (free lemonade and coffee, no host bar), Hors d'oeuvres will be available from 5:30 on. Buffet dinner will begin at 6:30 on the terrace of the Creekside building. Following dinner we will walk 5 min to the outdoor amphitheater (bring jackets) to see the musical "Fiddler on the Roof" (included in price). Sport clothes are in order for all activities. Jacket and long pants at night and shorts in the daytime. This event is a bargain and is subsidized by our sponsors and your registration fee. It is really part of the meeting for you continue to network and talk with people you have met during the week. Think about it: round trip bus, lunch, ski lift or cave entrance, dinner and theater.
