Hotel Accommodations

The following information is to enhance that information focusing on interests of "Slicers".

The hotel is one-half block from the MAX light rail line coming from the airport every 15 minutes ($1.65) to downtown (45 minutes) and is 15 min on the fareless (free) MAX rail to the central district across the river. The city discourages cars and parking is pricey. Experience a city with mass transit and urban planning along with a hotel whose focus is Green: recycling paper, glass, plastic and metal, conserving water and energy as well as a green program for the guest rooms. The lobby has free wireless access to the Internet.

Our room rate for a double or single room is $123.00 US dollars including all taxes. Hint: A limited number of premium rooms have been reserved for us if you request them.

You must make your reservation prior to May 16, 2005 to receive the discounted rate. Rooms held for this meeting will be released on this date. Any reservation requests received after May 1, 2005 will be accepted only on a space available basis at the group rate. Please note that the room block may fill before May 16th, so we encourage you to make your reservations early. We are in high season with the Rose Festival.
