As many of you may have noticed, the Lexicomp Mobile App expiration on July 31, 2017 caused some issues, leaving some of our patrons with a app that expired in fifty days or a message that read “your code is invalid”. We resolved the issue today.
To download the latest version of Lexicomp:
- While on UU network, use an internet browser to go to our institutional Lexicomp site by using the following link:
- Click on Mobile App Access:
- Select the platform/device for installation and if your account will be new or updated:
- Once device and customer drop downs are selected, the screen will automatically display the most current code for installation, as well as detailed instructions on how to properly install the app on your particular device.
