Workers continue to assemble our expanded compact shelving section on the lower level of the library. If all continues on schedule, we will begin moving books into these shelves next week. Here’s a glimpse of the progress.

On this beautiful spring day the flowerbeds outside the library are full of color. Inside the library bookshelves have been reassembled and filled with books from the lower level.

Under the auspices of fire safety, the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library has been selected by the Asbestos Protocol program at the University of Utah for removal of asbestos containing materials.
