MANDELL THEATRE, DREXEL UNIVERSITY

Theme: Many developers of health education materials for the Web lack the background or time for training in areas where we are ignorant or weak.  This morning's "just-in-time" learning will focus on an analysis of web design and navigation for easy access to your content, presented by our Keynote speaker.  We will consider how we might be more cost effective in developing our web sites or educational materials by accelerating the development process.  Finally we will discuss approaches to, classifying and indexing educational elements for easy retrieval, indexing, re-purposing using databases that also include issues of use and ownership.  Many of the midday breakout sessions will continue the discussion of these topics in an informal setting.
