Cancer Chemotherapy Manual (via eFacts): The manual contains three general areas, policies and procedures, information for the health care professional, and information for the patient. It provides detailed information for healthcare professionals including the ordering and administration of chemotherapy, safe handling and extravasation of antineoplastic agents, and combination chemotherapy regimens.
