Monday,Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. June 25-29 evenings. Hours vary, see posting in lobby or on Aspen Room door, 5th floor to the right of the elevator.
Slice of Life Hospitality Suite open nightly on 5th floor of the Marriott University Park Hotel, Aspen Room and Room 501.  A place to meet and have refreshments either before or after dinner. Well worth the 20-30 min walk from the Guest House just to see the memorabilia.  On Wednesday and Friday from 5:30-8:00 we will host you in the Connor Room and adjacent garden off the lower level.

Optional free tour

Travel by Trax to downtown Library Square to tour the best public library. The hour tour concludes with a view from the roof.  Then dine at a nearby cafe with new friends .  Return at your leisure to campus by Trax. RT fare $3.   Depart from Guesthouse at 5:30 p.m. Wear comfortable shoes.

History of Fort Douglas

Museum on Campus

Historic Fort Douglas. Learn about its history from a military fort, 2002 Olympic village to present day University Research Park, and Student Housing . Meet at the Museum. The museum is located on the parade grounds. See back cover of program. No charge.

Arboretum Gardens

and buffet dinner

Walk in the Red Butte Garden and Arboretum before the Gala Buffet Dinner (cost $15, guests $40, pre--registration required).  More about Red Butte Garden. Shuttle bus will run between and HSEB/Guest House/Marriott and Arborteum (see inside cover) or you can walk about 20-30 mins. Happy Hour 6:00 and buffet dinner 7:00. Garden closes at 10:00.

Grand Extravaganza to Park City for recreation, happy hour, dinner and entertainment.  Additional cost $80 includes lunch, round trip bus, Olympic Museum, time to explore this resort and art center or rent a bike or ride the alpine slide before Happy Hour and a fabulous BBQ outside the historic Miner's Hospital followed by colorful stories by a local raconteur. Charter bus from HSEB/Guest House/Marriott to Park City and return about 11:00 pm (pre--registration required, places available).
